Site-Specific Performance
We Stand Still Here, [...] is a series of sound performances that interrogates and reconfigures the conventions of the performative setting. Through shifts in spatial and relational dynamics, the work destabilises the habitual roles of audience, performer, and site.

Following “We stand still here, among the mulberry blossoms” (Venice Biennale) and “We stand still here, where ivy bends the wall” (Towada City Public Library), Perletta premieres “We stand still here, scattered throughout this open place” at miminoimi festival, performing a sentence by Lee Ufan as a score.

2 portable speakers, self-built electronics, self-built instruments, (non) flute.
